This is for one, officially licensed, NCAA Keyband.  It comes with a split ring on one side and a lobster claw on the other.  It measures 1" in width and approximately 10" in length (including the ring and claw). It is sewn together to allow you to either slip your hand through it like a wrist band, or link the two ends together.
