This panorama of the University of Wisconsin's Kohl Center was photographed by Christopher Gjevre. The Kohl Center opened in 1998 in Madison, Wisconsin and is named in honor of United States Senator Herb Kohl, who donated $25 million to the project. The facility is home to the University of Wisconsin hockey and basketball teams, for both the men and women's programs. It's the third largest indoor venue in the state, with a hockey game capacity of more than 15,000. Modeled after the University of Wisconsin Field House, it uses a cantilever design that gives great sightlines and brings spectators closer to the sporting event. Panoramics are 13.5"x40". When framed, about 2-3 inches are added to each side. Allow 1-3 business days handling time.
